Please note that in order to provide a high quality product, this item has strict photo requirements:
- Photos must be at least 4" x 6", 300 dpi in resolution, .jpg format.
- No cell phone photos, please!
- Please do NOT crop your original photo.
- Please make sure the subject in the photo is centered with lots of background surrounding him or her.
- Your photo should have a landscape rather than a portrait orientation (i.e. it should be wider than it is taller). If not, your mouse pad will likely have a border at the sides.
- Photos must be your personal photos. We cannot accept copyrighted images.
The final product is dependent on the quality of the image that you provide. The higher the quality, the better your mouse pad will turn out.

If you wish to mail in your photo, we will email you instructions when your order is received.
