Doggly (Glee Parody) Pet ID Tag, Key Chain and Luggage/Pet Carrier Tag

Your pet's photo is photoshopped in front of a background color of your choice, with your pet's name on top of the head. You pick one letter in your pet's name to be a doggly cartoon. Available in eight fun colors.
On the back of the tag, you may include your contact information (name and address), home and cell phone numbers, up to two addtional lines of optional information, and add "microchipped" and/or "reward."
Best of all, shipping via USPS First Class mail is already included in the price.
Please fill out the fields below. Once you click to add the item to your cart, you will be brought to a page where you can upload your photo. Please enter the name of your pet when you upload your photo.
To email your photo, simply hit reply when you receive your order confirmation email and attach your photo.
If you wish to mail in your photo, we will email you instructions when your order is received.
Your item will be mailed to you usually within 10 business days.
Please note: as we photoshop away the background of the photo, please make sure your pet (body and head) is facing the camera directly (not looking up at camera), with no part of the head cut off in the photo. Please do not crop too closely to the head and leave some part of the torso in the photo.
