If your pet doesn't do Halloween costumes, you can still get them in the trick or treat mood with our custom Halloween pet tag. Like all our other custom tags, the back is personalized with your pet's photo and information.
Best of all, shipping via USPS First Class mail is already included in the price.
Please fill out the fields below. Once you click to add the item to your cart, you will be brought to a page where you can upload your photo. Please enter the name of your pet when you upload your photo.
To email your photo, simply hit reply when you receive your order confirmation email and attach your photo.
If you wish to mail in your photo, we will email you instructions when your order is received.
Your item will be mailed to you usually within 10 business days.
We highly recommend taking your pet's photo with a real camera and NOT a cell phone camera because many cell phone photos are low resolution and poor quality. They simply do not look good.
