The front side features your pet’s first name.

If your state’s license plate has month and year validation stickers, we will use your pet’s birthday for the month and year.

The back side of the tag features your pet’s photo and contact information.

PET ID TAG

  • Made of aluminum
  • Measures 2″ x 1″ x 0.08″.  Our premium double coated tags are heavier, thicker, and much more durable. There are no exposed edges as the entire tag is coated, which means they are anti-chip and anti-scratch in everyday use. 

LUGGAGE/PET CARRIER TAG

  • Made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic, a very hard and durable plastic that is protected by a UV resistant coating and is scratch- and breakage-resistant.
  • Measures approx. 3.5″ x 1.75″ 

Your tag will be mailed to you within 10 business days but usually, much faster. This refers to the time it takes for us to make and ship the order, not delivery time.

Shipping methods available are First-Class Package International® Service and Priority Mail International® Service. Both provide tracking.

International shipping time varies by destination and can take over a month.

Starting Sept 3, 2021, USPS has suspended international mail acceptance to Australia as Australia Post announced a temporary pause with its inbound shipment processing due to COVID-19 transportation cancellations and restrictions.

As a result, USPS services to Australia is temporarily suspended.

• If your order was shipped on Sept. 3, it will be handed off to USPS as normal.
• These shipments will not be processed until the suspension has been lifted.
• There is no current timeline for when normal operations will resume.

We are still shipping to Australia via a third party shipper called Asendia. Your package will be delivered via USPS to one of their sorting facilities in the USA. Asendia will then affix the international label to the package that includes the customs form, and then send it on its way.

Your local Postal Service will deliver the package within 1-3 weeks, However, please expect delays with processing, tracking and delivery.
