Returns Policy

As pet ID tags are custom items, we do not accept returns. This means, if no mistakes have been made, the tag is not defective, and you simply change your mind, the tag is not returnable.

Obviously, if we made an error, we will remake and reship at no extra charge when the customer contacts us to let us know. At our discretion, we may ask for the original tag to be returned. We would include a first class stamp with the replacement tag as reimbursement for the shipping, or paypal the customer the cost of the stamp to send it back.

if the customer makes a typo or mistake, the item cannot be returned and there will be no refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for mistakes or typos before submitting their info.

If you discover a typo or error after placing an order, please contact us ASAP. Note that we ship orders quickly, so you need to let us know before your item has been made. If we have not made the item, we will be more than happy to correct any of your information. However, if the item has been made, we will not be able to make any changes.

Starting Sept 3, 2021, USPS has suspended international mail acceptance to Australia as Australia Post announced a temporary pause with its inbound shipment processing due to COVID-19 transportation cancellations and restrictions.

As a result, USPS services to Australia is temporarily suspended.

• If your order was shipped on Sept. 3, it will be handed off to USPS as normal.
• These shipments will not be processed until the suspension has been lifted.
• There is no current timeline for when normal operations will resume.

We are still shipping to Australia via a third party shipper called Asendia. Your package will be delivered via USPS to one of their sorting facilities in the USA. Asendia will then affix the international label to the package that includes the customs form, and then send it on its way.

Your local Postal Service will deliver the package within 1-3 weeks, However, please expect delays with processing, tracking and delivery.
