Pet ID Cards

Our custom Emotional Support Animal (ESA) identification card and ID tag will make your pet visible as an assistance animal. In times of emergencies or natural disasters, our tags ensure that your beloved companion is easily identifiable to emergency responders and other officials. Don’t leave their safety to chance—make them stand out when it matters most! You may customize our ESA drawing on the front by selecting the gender (female or male) and color of the human hand (light, medium or dark). The paw color is available in brown, red, white, grey, black, blue, golden or yellow. The paw pads can be customized to be black, brown, pink or grey. Lastly, you may select black or light for the paw nails. The front of the card will feature a photo of your service animal and their name, and the contact information of the handler or owner. On the back of the ID tag, personalized your tag with your pet's photo and contact information. You can include up to 2 optional lines, each up to 25 characters long. Each customized dog tag is made of aluminum and measures 1.77 inch x 1.1 inch x 0.08 inch. Our tags are premium double coated tags - heavier, thicker, and much more durable. There are no exposed edges as the entire tag is coated, which means they are anti-chip and anti-scratch in everyday use. The ESA card is made of PVC (plastic), same thickness as a credit card. It measures 3.37" x 2.125" x 0.03" thick, and fits inside a wallet. Your dog or cat driver license is printed directly on the card and tag for high quality personalization in full color.
