Free shipping is via USPS First Class Mail.
For USA customers, delivery time is usually 3-10 days.
For international customers, First Class Mail International Letter can take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. In some rare cases, it can take up to a month. Tracking is not available with this option.

I received this card today, and I’m very happy with it. The photo and text are printed clearly. My paragraph of instructions was too long to fit on the back, and the company shortened it succinctly. The company informed me of their edits by email so it was not a surprise. Shipping was very fast; it arrived two days ahead of schedule. I plan on ordering a duplicate to keep in my car.

Wonderful product. Have been looking for at least a year for a Pet Emergency card that I could carry and put on my doors as well. Has on one side: In Case of Emergency, Please help my dogs who are home alone … and pictures of my 4 pets. On the back is room for the vet, emergency contacts. Have on each door, in wallet, in car and will give one to emergency contacts (so they see pictures of the dogs and their names). I ordered 5 and am now ordering 14 more.
